Week 2: The Adventure Continues

 









Hello All!

Welcome back to week 2! I truly don't have much to say other than my adventure took us to the Humane Society this week! Lots of great people working there and It was truly lots of fun!


Here we are! Saturday March 10, 2021, my girlfriend and I travelled to Tangent for the fun adventure and to give some good attention needed for the animals that are there.

One more very friendly cat we met was Pal, he Loved the attention he was getting! I guess you could easily say he was a real Pal!                    Saturday March 10, 2021

The very sweet, yet very energetic Milo was such a beautiful Husky. Milo was one of the many dogs at Safe Haven. We took him outside and he loved to run around. Safe Haven does their very best!        Saturday March 10, 2021

INTRODUCTION:     So it begins... Hi, Good Morning, Good Evening, and welcome to Riley Rambles. My name is Riley Goff and I am a 19 year old College student looking into Journalism for the fun and the adventure of sharing the happenings of Albany and other various things.     I graduated from West Albany High School last August. Due to the COVID restrictions the entire class of 2020 had to wait to graduate until some restrictions were lifted for all of the students and their families to come together for one last time. Josh Haner: Photographer of the Week

  Josh Haner is a Staff Photographer and Senior Editor for Photo Technology at The New York Times... Haner started in 2004 at Fortune Magazine, 2 years later in 2006, he moved up to The New York Times as a photographer, editor, and producer of many projects. Josh Graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor in Arts in Studio Art and a Bachelors in Science  in Symbolic Systems.  All of his work is very well journaled and I enjoyed looking at all his stories, his website holds all of the big and small works of photojournalism. In 2014 Josh Haner won the Pulitzer Prize in Feature Photography for his photo essay about Jeff Bauman, Bauman was a bomb blast victim from the Boston Marathon bombing. 'Beyond the Finish Line' followed Jeff Bauman who lost both his legs due to the Boston Marathon Bombing and Haner got the opportunity of photographing the adventure of Jeff walking again. Week 3: Spring is HERE!

 Hello again! The weather is turning for the better! Warmer weather, longer daylight, flowers a-blooming! There is nothing better than the Spring weather hyping everyone up for the long awaited Summer time! Although Spring is gorgeous and just the right temperature, I personally cannot wait for the upcoming hot summer. After being cooped up inside for the longest time due to COVID I am excited to finally get back out side and just feel the warm heat and calm wind keeping it just the right temperature. This week, I followed my Father and his Cousin Casey and his friend Reid to Trysting Tree Golf Course over in Corvallis!                    It was such a Gorgeous day at Trysting Tree, although Windy It made for a great day of 18-holes                                                                                     Monday,  April 12,  2021    Been a long time since we have both golfed, so Dad had to warm up a little bit on the Range!
